Psychiatric Medication and Medical Stability

All prescribed medication is continued on admission and administered through our medical clinic under nursing supervision, according to the prescribing psychiatrist’s instructions.
We are fully aware of the risks associated with abrupt medication changes, including destabilisation, withdrawal effects, and increased psychiatric vulnerability. For this reason, our approach prioritises stability, continuity of care, and medical safety.
Medication is reviewed only where clinically appropriate and always in collaboration with qualified medical professionals as part of a broader integrated dual diagnosis treatment plan.
